The decision to commercialize “Aged Sake Tamayura” was made on the 130th anniversary of Kidoizumi Brewery. Tamayura consists a wide range of sake made from 1974 to 2006. With an emphasis on using high quality raw materials, the sake is made from carefully selected Yamada Nishiki. It is then stored in special barrels and matured at room temperature. The shape and design of the bottle, as well as the label, all show that the sake brewers take great care of their sake. Each bottle comes with a little memorial of what happened in the year the sake was brewed, so you can reminisce about the events and trends while sipping the sake.
