First sake under the brand GYOKUSO. Awarded with London Sake Challenge 2020 Gold Sake. Brewed with “King of Sake Rice” Hyogo-grown Yamada Nishiki and polished to 19%. By using G2 yeast from Gifu and 45meter-underground water from Mikuni Mountain, the finest Junmai Daiginjo is made. A strong aroma of rice particular to undiluted sake (genshu) and the rich aroma of yeast is reminiscent of wine.
