A jizake (local sake) that is born in Gifu this June 2020. Sold overseas for the first time. The sake was made by a young rising toji (master brewer) from Gifu. It comes in a set of 3 bottles. The taste is unique only in the Yaozu town of Gifu Prefecture. The taste is smooth and you won’t get tired of drinking. Recommended for those who don’t like the unique aroma of Japanese sake
