A jizake (local sake) that is born in Gifu this June 2020. Sold overseas for the first time. The sake was made by a young rising toji (master brewer) from Gifu. It comes in a set of 3 bottles. The taste is unique only in the Yaozu town of Gifu Prefecture. Compared with Yamanominato 1, the taste is more refreshing.
