After taking 5 years in brewing, the finished product is a Hakusyu region-themed sake. It tastes just as refreshing as immersing yourself in the forest of Hakusyu, and deep as the maple syrup from a whiskey barrel, and this is how it’s named – The Symphony of the Forest (杜ノ奏).
