During my visit this time, I got the “Chikusen Junmai Ginjo Yamada Nishiki”, which is known for its delicious uma-mi and well-balanced sourness. The second sake I tried was “Dassai Junmai Daiginjo 45” which has a delicate sweetness and gorgeous scent. It’s a really great experience to enjoy two sake of completely different tastes, flavors and scents at the same time.
